Return & Refund Policy
By placing an order through Filtersflow you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to the United States only.
A. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
B. Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@filtersflow.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. The inspection process may take 1-7 business days. Once we have received and inspected the product, we will process your refund. If items are sent back to us without first requesting a return, the return will not be accepted.

Returns must be sent by mail.
D. Damaged Products, Wrong Items, or Issues
Defective or Damaged Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. For defective products, return shipping is free of charge, and no restocking fee will apply.
Customer Remorse (Changed Mind / Mistaken Purchase)
If you no longer need the item or purchased it by mistake, please contact us. For remorse returns, you are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. No restocking fee will apply.
E. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need assistance with an exchange, please contact us at shop@filtersflow.com.
F. How to Get Your Return Shipping Label
Defective Product: Download and print the return label provided.
Customer Remorse: Customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
G. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
